Built for Madame de Aldecoa in 1890 by Henri Toutain, the Villa Maritime is a real jewel on the seafront. Featuring two artificial grottos and a winter garden, it was the residence of businessman Georges Duffel, followed by playwright Armand Salacrou, who spent the rest of his life there until his death in 1989. The Partouche group is the current owner.
