To launch the 2026 season of Un Été Au Havre, the event is partnering with Partir en Livre and the library network to offer a special gathering on Saturday, June 27, at the foot of The Moon.
Nestled in the heart of Square Saint-Roch, La Lune s’est posée au Havre by Arthur Gosse has been installed in Le Havre since 2024. The artwork’s presence in the square will provide an opportunity to journey to the moon through stories told by storyteller Valérie Fortune.
First presented in 2021, La Lune s’est posée au Havre immediately won over local residents, who strongly supported its return. Since joining the permanent collection in 2024, it has invited passersby and curious visitors alike to admire its textures, reflections, and glow.
To mark this opening day, come and enjoy a special family moment through two exceptional storytelling sessions.
