Built in 2015 in the old Little Volcano, also by Niemeyer, the library is now a major cultural and architectural aspect of any visit to Le Havre. From June 23 to September 23, it hosts an exhibition of drawings by Fabien Mérelle, Cheminement...dessin au fil des jours.
