Permanent work of art

Les Jardins Suspendus
Since Octobre 8, 2017

Design studio Chevalvert created this permanent interactive display and installed it in a former gunpowder magazine. It was inaugurated on 8th October 2017 to mark the 500th anniversary of the city. This permanent interactive installation is a gigantic group photo composed of tens of thousands of portraits of Le Havre inhabitants taken in photo booths or in the Clic Clac mobile studio, This project was launched during Un Été Au Havre 2017. Each participant received a code for his photo in order to be able to find it in this massive digital portrait gallery.
