They live in Le Havre

La BaZooKa is a duo: Sarah Crépin and Etienne Cuppens, creators and producers of choreography-based projects.

Their work takes a close look at the place of the spectator in the audience, aiming to shake it up. From one creation to another, their inventive use of stage devices and optical illusions shift the spectators’ view and give the audience a unique perspective through an immersive scenography experience. In addition to their performing arts pieces, they also produce animated installations which they see as a form of entertaining exploration.

Their latest reflections and works are underpinned by the following desires: awakening the spectator’s imagination, navigating between the visible and invisible, oscillating between fiction and abstraction, questioning social norms and seeking out the feel-good factor.
