Parcours vert

The first city block to be built on Avenue Foch between 1949 and 1954 as part of Atelier Perret’s Reconstruction Project for Le Havre, S29 is the work of two local architects, Henri Daigue and André Lenoble. Details such as the column capitals, the diamond-shaped motifs flanking the entrance gates, the glass pane arches lighting up the underground garage, the balcony details and the tiered terraces all demonstrate great craftsmanship.
